Are you trying to put people off :P. Picture in the leaflet does have a dish and the description says it includes the dish (receiver,dish,LNB,10m coax, scart cable and wide range of accessories)
Its a Silvercrest system
On DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) you have Freeview (unencrypsted free-to-view channels), plus PayTV. Currently PayTV offering is only TUTV that uses MediaGuard.
Oh yes they do - just AFAIK no new sign-ups
What do you call a lot? I don't think there is a set minimum and a couple of dozen should suffice - so long as they are proper posts (not spam or asking for codes). If access to SS is BBB aim then a few posts a week will easily get in in time
You can record encrypted broadcasts, and later decrypt them. Currently the decrypt can only be done if you have a TopUp subscription, since it contains the keys needed. There is no way currently to decrypt without access to a current subscription.
There are other sites. Modshack and Digital World are two I know of.
It is a shame that there was such a lot of people who used to simply come here on match days only, grab the codes and not participate. There is tons of other useful stuff here.
BTW the MHEG dumping is only useful if you have...
If it has a CI then you need a CAM into which you can insert your smartcard. The CAM is effectively a card reader. The T U T V viewing card is a smartcard (credit card size with embedded chip)
dump? of the T*TV card? Can't do that! Using the pheonix you send/receive commands.
The smart cards have hash tables on them - these cannot be dumped with any software. Cr_cked S*ca cards have relied on hash tables from other sources.
I would assume its to do with the Tuner & chipset. There are different tuners/chipsets out there and many do better than others (most USB have smaller newer tuners)
Its not the PCI, since (1) PCI has more bandwidth than USB2, and more crucially (2) USB ports are routed though PCI.
Many PCI...
I thought it was because no-one had cr'cked the system? You can use PCI card with an official smartcard via a phoenix, so I don't think the card is the limitation point.
Been watching Now & Again - which is another pseudo-sci-fi I guess.
Def a nice mix of classic sci-fi (e.g. UFO) and minor re-runs (e.g. First Wave), I hope they plan to continue. There are plenty of 90's US stuff that never made it onto analogue terrestrial that could start an audience - after...
Most of the mhg files you can ignore, they are things like reveal (which is called once you enter a correct pin). Only vcg.mhg changes daily. To get the files dumped, there is software around.
As to what you need it depends on what you want to do. From a raw dumped vcg.mhg the minimum is to use...
They don't change the algo every few hours! Just every day when the day code (first 2 digits of the Viewer ID) changes. Actually its less than that, but the algo gets a new value every day.
