how much you have level for 2E 12129 V 2/3 ? it needs 4.4dB to lock, but is UK beam. its stronger than others.

the best for you, is first to take some Triax or other new offset dish (110cm) 100cm x 110cm, univ LNB and check signals between 10700-11050. after that you know what size dish you need ... (maybe Gibertini 150cm x 161cm new 250.-e is ok in your area, I think so).

I get 13.8dB in 11914 H with 3m dish (you have 15dB ) and not far from you ( about 150km-s NW), but for UK Beam I got (18.02 daytime) 4.7-6dB (no lock). Your dish is not 2E dir?
