New to dreambox and linux (flame suit on) Can anybody tell me in what circumstance; and how would you use chmod

I have a Dreambox server running Radegast with a client on a outside network via port forwarding 678 . I would like to set up a client in the internal network (my house) but am unsure how to do this or even if its possible. Client is running evocam. PM help accepted & appreciated.

I have Gemini 0.9 installed with evocam 2.00 on my 7025 and was wanting to try the SDT team image. But I would really like to backup my existing image so I can go back to that if required. Flashwizard pro works a treat for everything except the 7025, so does anybody know of any other program...

I want to put a hard drive in my Dreambox 7000, but when I pull the lid off it, I see that the power plug on the motherboard is sorta like a old style 4 pin fan connector. Anybody know where I can purchase this cable for the power to HDD and a short IDE cable. :)

I have a Topfield TF4000PVR and I took the 40Gb 5400 r.p.m hard drive out and put in a 7200 r.p.m. Maxtor and it gets hot but I can put my hand on it. It has a 5 year warrantee so its not like its mission critical data. Anyhow I have a old (<2 years) Western Digital 7200 rpm here I will try in...

Unfortunately where I live the 5400rpm drives are not available any more. They havent been imported for about 18 months, and I think Samsung are the only manufacturers that still make a 5400 :)

I have a amber lcd 7000 (V3) and I was wondering can I put any 7200 r.p.m. Hard Drive in this :)

Is there any specific brand USB stick that is recommended for Dreambox. :-DOH!
