Tried a search here and Google with no joy.
I have a Paradise CAM which worked fine with an official card for a year. The card has now expired and I have a new offical Irdeto card and want to know if the paradise Cam will be able to work with it?
Does it need updating? If so, how?
TIA
Thanks - read through some bits and found details for Tuxbox Commander but where is it to be found to download it - tried Google with 23 pages of no success.
Thanks
You truely are a Gent, thanks. I think I have it working no.
Do you have the same patience to help me with recording from the 500 - PC?
I have PM you.
Thanks again
Yes It's connected to the net. Broadband connection. In respect of the lost channels, they just aren't decrypted any longer but as I say I would sooner get the othe stuff working first.
Thanks for the replies, great to have such a friendly forum to offer help.

Sorry about this, but despite my best efforts I haven't got a clue what to do next.
Having flashed my DB500 with Gemini 2.8 I feel I have achieved something, but what I have done is lose two of the three channels on the INXTC card; but that's a side issue which I will approach at later date...
Hi guys
Followed all your instructions to the letter and all goes well until I am asked by VLC for a logon and password. root and dreambox don't work though they are fine through the web interface. Tried with firewall off - no different.
Thanks
Piers
Don't have a clue what I've done wrong but my motorised system seems only able to pick up Astra and Hotbird and won't find anything else including 28.2?
The dish isn't round its more egg shaped (by design not damage) does this make a difference?
The motor is a 2100 connected to my DB500
Thanks
Thanks for that, hadn't noticed the PO Box.
Any thoughts on _http://www.ishop-dream.com they have the 7020Si at the same price
Forget them they want £33 shipping!!!
