Dear all I am looking at E bay for a yellow house blue card. Some are advertised as active and are approaching £40. Others presumably innactive are nearer £10. What is the difference in what I can recieve with these cards?. I am not looking for premium channels. I just want BBC and ITV channels...

I read somewhere on the internet that BBc channels are no longer scrambled so I do not need a card to recieve them. True or false?

I heard that I can get a flat ribbon type link cable to fit between the window and the frame. Is this true. Where can I get one? My Landlord won't let me drill holes in the walls or window frames.
