still having same problems changed the LNB and the cable any help welcolme????????

I Changed the LNB but its just the same. Wondering if its the box? as i am getting lines on the TV which travel up the screen just before the box is turned on these then stabilize but no signal quality. Cant think why it has just gone all of a sudden

Had this set up for over 5 years with no problem Its a golden interstar box Not had any reason to re set anything as all has worked great so far. Original set up was diseqc Had lots of windy days so don't think this is the problem Have a Sky HD system dish right next to it with no issues...

All of a sudden, the quality signal is now fluctuating between 25 & 50 power is a t 70 what could have caused this I've changed the LNB & checked the connections on the motor.???????????

My motorised dish has stopped moving. Just tried to reposition the dish and nothing. Its moved to its east limit and will not budge. The receiver appears to be Ok and looks like its trying to move the dish. I have done a system reset to factory default but no joy. Any offers?

Thanks for the replies. The sat i am trying to store is Astra 2. I have located the sat and tried to store the position. I have even dowloaded the chanels. The reciever says it has stored Astra 2 in position 9 but when i search the stored satellites there are only 6 stored?
