Still receiving ITV ! Yorks E and ITV ! + 1 here in Peyia this mornining.

Due to an injury, ie sliding out of the dish and twisting my ankle i have not been able to carry out any further tests. I do have a couple of friends that have used the €80 service and are quite pleased with the results.

Thanks guys for all your advice, will try a few ideas over the next few days and report back any results.

A bit of advice wanted please, I want to try and shield part of my dish from the interferrence from Badr. If I stand at the front of the dish and facing it which side of the lnb is nearer to 26 deg - left or right? Will be very grateful for any help as ALL BBC channels have now gone.:confused:

Hi Zorba BBC is perfect, ITV2+1 not present this morning usually able to get it. ITV 1 very slight break up last night, no Ch4 this morning.

Lost our Ch 4 last Thursday still not back during day and very patchy for about 2 hours during evening, then goes again. Used to be excellent prior to Thursday.

Has anyone noticed Channel 4 breaking up most of the time since last Thursday? any knowledge of changes to signal strength? All other channels we can normally receive from 2D are still there and strong its only Ch 4 on 10714

I get that all the time I think its no signal being received hence the technical fault. Have never been able to get red button on Sky Sports out here .

12402 and 12480 still clearly received in Peyia, Paphos region Cyprus 7pm local time today 27th.

I recently had the message "Wrong card inserted etc" on my second box some two weeks after it had been activated. Two phone calls later and about a week later it was back to normal.

I have just phoned Sky from Cyprus by with holding number and dialing the 08442 number remembering to omit the first 0 and got thro straight away.

Thanks Jace Had thought of that my wife is urgently playing all recordings so I can do a full system reset.

Many thanks Analoguesat, switched off over night all clear in morning, possibly over heating, PSU we are in the middle of a 40 degree heatwave!! Will look to get replacement PSU. Sat Sergeant.

Can anyone suggest cure for this fault or cause. Whilst watching recorded program the record red light has come on but nothing appears to be recording. Switching of at mains and rebooting doesn't help as red light still comes on even if on standby. Nothing shown as recording on planner...
