The cheap prepaid cards were not blocked by Sky IT. They were sold without EPL . I am not saying that the cheap cards are not good but they don't have the EPL games. I have a few old old cards activated in December 2012 and no issue with the EPL games. Been told that onl;y one dealer in Italy...
