I still have no ITV HD, not on the channel list at all, I'm on astra 2A 28.2E, and have checked that I'm running software version V1.1.3, it's not listed and i've tried all the non named channels too! I'm stuck now, any Ideas guys?

i thought I'd already loaded that, perhaps try again! I've certainly done the new loader, 1.5

missing from my channel list. Can I input it manually?

Hi I've successfully downloaded and installed the latest s/w but still have no ITV HD? I can get BBC and Luxe, I'm on Astra 28.2E? I'm sure I've probably missed a whole thread or something! if so, sorry!

yes, powered it off first, disconnected, then fired back up! ;-)

sorted thanks, removed the sat lead so it couldnt get a signal, which stopped it locking on! phew

I've managed to get my receiver locked, was just channel surfing, went onto ch 6494 I think, now it wont move or respond, tried turning it off and on and just goes back to this channel, is there a way of hard resetting? baring in mind i cant use the software menus? Thanks

Hi all well I've been lurking a while and thanks to the various threads on here have managed to buy a receiver, update the software and channel lists! Now my first prob, what cam / card do i need to view the encrypted HD channels? CH4, History HD, Discovery Etc? Sorry if this has been answered...
