Worry not, the TP can be picked up even in Biharkeresztes (google it), with a decent quality 1.4m dish. You should have no problems locking onto the signal at all.

Weak as usual here but works fine. No change in signal level.

It gets weirder... Edit: It's like there was some sort of noise on that transponder. It looks like it's 8PSK but it's not. I don't get it. With the 1.8m dish, the signal is not better at all.

All right, let's do some real measurements. SNR of 6.1 dB vs 11.2 dB for 11798H and 11720H, respectively. Edit: that's with the 90cm dish.

11798H is definitely a lot weaker than let's say, 11720H. They both work fine with my 90cm dish though. Perhaps 11798H is on the 2F PE beam now? Seems like it.

Well, signal strength changed from 43.5 to 44.5 dBuV on my end. It's still useless of course.
