looks like it may be just a single capacitor to change in the tuner to be up and running again
when things like this happen just goes to show when buying new gear just think of the support that may be found a few years...

the bush idtv has had software problems from the beginings of its life,it aint got a cam its got a cas as its basically a hybrid.

a lot of ppl have problems because the psu for the programmer is not providing enough
current not sure about your programmer
most programmer manufacturers recommend unregulated psu as these provide max current on demand the voltage stablisation is handled by the on board regulators...
i believe aston 1.03 with blue titanium running os 1.03 will decode what you want as regards a programmer a cheap pheonix serial 3.5mhz will do i use a old clanzers build 5 from the old on digi days
use titaniumosupdater2 to downgrade os
