I haven't had the chance to inspect it yet but I think Timo's theory makes sense.
It looks like a very old dish that was replaced by another offset dish that broke from the pole and still can be found lying on the roof tiles. Comparing both it looks quite large...

I finally got the 135 cm Tecatel dish. After spending a few hours fine tunning it I can report that the reception still a bit unstable. 10906 V tp 54 (ITV) seem to be the strongest transponder received. I get some of the other ones with intermitent pixelation...
