Can you post a picture of the dish as I am a little confused?
The “SKY” zone 2 dish which we are all thinking it is, is perfectly good and approved for Sky/Freesat installations. it is not a Maplins style dish which I find are bloody awful. things

I am wondering has anyone on here had any experience or knowledge of receiving this weak bird in the Liverpool area.

For reliability i would go for a 1 meter. I look after 30 pubs on Merseyside/ Warrington area looking at viasat on a 1 meter motor dish (SD channels) with channels viewable in most weather conditions
If you trying to watch them on the dm500 then you won't be worrying about the hd channels,
I wouldn't recommend anything less than a 1 meter on that bird, but you should be able to tweak it to pull in the pl extra channels.
Did you set the dish up yourself ? If so try fine moving the motor...

It does both satellite and terrestrial signals it has programmable satellite and transmitter names and transponders and has spectruim mode.
It's about 2 years old. It's been serviced by a qualified rover guy and had a replacement battery pack.
Over all condition is used fully...
