    Thanks again Llew I am new to this so apologies.... So I went and selected Astra sat as indicated in the link you attached. Brought in all the BBC anf channel 4 channels but they all come up 'scrambled' What am I doing wrong ;-) Thanks

    Hi all Newbie here so hello :-) I recently bought a fs-4000v2 to replace an old sky dig box in bedroom. Was easy to install. I got 300 plus channels. However I can't get bbc1/2/3/4 or any channel 4s.. I get BBC news. Also all the itv channels are 'scrambled' It using the standard sky HD...
