I went to the OTHER Channel option and found it as 6711 there...

I have a Thomson HD box and added 11954 H frequency and stored the 6711 channel but when I go to channels I can't find it... Am I doing something wrong?

That's why I lost signal. I will have to call my technical support guy to come and recalibrate the dish...

No, you don't do anything. You ask from your dealer to ask from Sky to resend signal to you because some channels are not unlocked. But before you do that you have to check if your signal is strong enough to receive the channel. But Norway is not far from the UK so I guess it is not a signal...

If there is strong signal then ask dealer to request for signal resend... When signal was resent, hd3 and Xtra came crystal clear...

With the new epg the signal quality measurement changes depending on the channel I am on. Look what I got for Sky Sports Xtra.

I did not pair them. The agent is nowhere to be found since 2 weeks time... There was no contract booklet. All new white cards come with a paper that has no contract details just refers to the old card number that it replaces...

The thing is that I have only the card number, box and name of the subscriber. No other data...

I can't contact them because I am outside the UK...

Thank you, Topper Well, the card is less than one month old (came new stuck on the S k y paper) and the problem with Sky sports Xtra and hd3 was from the beginning of the pairing. I don't think this is the problem but I will give it a try.

Well card was removed before the new card (white) got in... How do you clean the contacts? What do you mean by cleaning the contacts?

I did unplug it from the mains. I fear that a signal resent may be necessary. and the problem is there is no one to ask for it or manage the whole situation...
