ROM10 Programmer?

For dish network, you need either the ROM 2, ROM3, ROM 10 or ROM 11. But to start off with, the ROM 3 is the best for beginners. U need an ISO programmer with a 3.86 crystal.- xp80

If the direct Tv you are talking about is the one available in the USA, then the correct correct card to use is the HU card and to program, u need the HU loader- xp80
