Hmmm, rescanning hasn't fixed it, unfortunately. My scan doesn't pick up MTV 5 at all on Hotbird...

Thanks Geezer matey, I'll try rescanning this evening and see what turns up. No problems with VH1 but I can't get any MTV channels except MTV F, and that's unwatchable 'cos it's so jerky. Ta - you've cheered me up anyway - there's hope :) Modern - FTA means Free To Air (= not encrypted)

Go to menu >>> Service - Record options and this lets you decide where the recorded file will be saved to. Maybe get a nw kebard to :)

I've been away for a while, just come to find that I can't watch MTV any more - picture is very jerky and sound cuts out. Anybody else getting this, or is this nothing new? Just that Pimp my Ride's on in an hour... I'm using ProgDVB/DVBDream using s2emu 1.091...

I use DVBDream - never have any problems recording and you can record more than one channel at the same time, whilst watching something completely different :)

YOu need to be more specific about which channels you can't get. All channels from SKyItaly are off air to us at the mo don't forget, but you should still be able to get channels like Multivision and TPS. If you can't get these, then, like rolfw says, you need to change s2emu.

Nope, still can't get it, not with ProgDVB, DVB Dream or AltDVB, changed my packet rate, everything... Guess some kind soul'll just have to record it and mail it to me...:)

Think it's best to remove Yankse completely. If you havbe the latest emu you should be fine...
