Yes, it's said that Lyngsat has a source within the Satellite operators. How true, how reliable and to what extent I couldn't say.

Personally, I prefer Flysat (despite the limitations on accuracy) and KoS (great for Searching for stuff).

Lyngsat do indeed get updates direct from the SES operations centre, plus Onastra use the info to update their site. However as this is currently a moving target, I rather suspect Lyngsat are not going to rush into an update until there is stability.

Tend to agree the info on Flysat, and KoS is somewhat easier to use, especially for the Sky transponders.

lyngsat was all i knew for a while, then got into flysat and i found the interface more user-friendly and transparent...kos, however is a hot mess, in my opinion :eek:

I think we will leave any 2E Europe maps for a few days to wait until things settle down :D

Absolutely fascinating caching up with whats been posted whilst Ive been at work earning a few roubles today :D

like i say astra 2e pe beam ( europe beam )
drop signal 4db more then astra 1n
we see how the spot play over europe soon

The effect on coverage within Europe: Northern France and Belgium may see an improvement, outside of this area there may be a slight reduction in coverage with the need for a larger receive antenna.

The BBC deleted that sentence on their homepage :rolleyes:

that will quite easy I think, all 1N "spot" TPs will migrate to 2E Spot.

@skomedal: one by one, like the nights before. This will take at least an hour or so.

Just read in the digital Fernsehen Magazine here in Germany that the Rest of the BBC channels ie those Not already on 2 F will Transfer tomorrow Morning at 2am Western Europe Time
Well in Frankfurt you are on the bright side anyway... the dark side begins east of you ;)
