Can anyone please identify a nds card with first 4 digits 0000 and a 'V' next to the chip ?
What voltage will this card be happy with ?

The voltage issue is a very outdated urban myth. As far as I know all cards use 5v.

You need to get the 17 digit number from the box and convert it to a xx xx xx xx 8digit hex number. There are many genorators out there and that is is all the rest is covered in this thread.
