hi mate, i have updated it but i am only getting some bouqets...i got music, entertainment, sports, news and lifestyle and culture, the other ones are missing.....am i doin nething wrong????

hmm, that does sound strange. Do you see all the bouquets when you open it in Dreambox Edit ?

yes they all come up in dreambox, i send the files and manually reboot the box..is that way you do it???

No, use the function in Dreambox Edit to reload Enigma after FTPing the files.

In the software, DreamboxEdit v3.0.0.0, when you click the FTP button, you click 'Send the files to the Dreambox' , then you click the button, 'Reload Settings On Dreambox'

no they are not. These bouquets are developed on a DM800 as listed. If you want to use them on an enigma1 box then I suggest you read the entire thread and be aware of the changes you need to make.

can i ask a question??

with the place holder channels, is there a way of making them so that if ur using the channel up and down on remote that when u reach a place holder channel it doesnt go back to channel 2

ie my auntie has a habbit of using the ch<> buttons and when she reaches 116 ie bbc 4 and goes up 1 it goes back to placeholder channel and then goes back to the start!!!

as i dont know how dbedit works just wondering if is possable or not?

the system i gave her is only a dm500 enigma1 box

In your last release i really like the "Sports on all sats" section,is it possible to add that back to the channel listing, only in 'other' with irish variations etc?

hi big...

1st off thanks for this list its the dogs boll.... ;)

im sometimes crap at explaining what i mean.... ill have a go again lol

i have removed the 101 at the beginning of list and replaced with place holder channel.

reason for this is on my aunties 500 box if u use remote and type 101 it would go to the 101 at beginning of list, and if she used the ch<> buttons the next channels would be the place holder channels and she would have to press up on the remote a shit load!! lol now it goes to 101 which is next to 102 and 103 further up in the bouquet.

but then if she uses the up and down button on remote all is fine until she reaches 116 and goes up 1! because 117 is a place holder channel the box now goes back to ch no 1 in the bouquet (ie the 1st place holder channel) and back through all the other 99 place holder channels!

is there a way of stopping this happen??? i get the feeling i may be doing something wrong with dbedit!
ie is the tv services types supposed to be 1, 134, 25 and 4 in options/advanced ?

gharper, it's dead easy to import the bouquet yourself mate. I just wanted to keep the release clean for 28e only as many people have a simple fixed dish setup. You see, to add that bouquet it means adding all the satellites obviously, which is not applicable for everyones needs.

totalacedude, it still sounds strange. If you punch in 101 you should get channel 101. The BBC 1 channel at the very top of the list is for the blackhole panic button and is channel 1, not 101. Are you sure it goes to this channel when you press 101 ? Channels 1 and 101 are duplicates.

As for the service types in options/advanced, that is wrong for your DM500 as it's not capable of HD. (134 being HD). Have you setup your DreamboxEdit options to suite your Enigma1 DM500 ?

well used the new bouquet for a couple of days now on my 500 and it is brill no problems at all many thanks again B!

On the off chance dose anyone know whay my channel info/program info dont show on most of the channels? after i press to view the channel it then picks up the next 2 programms but no more than the 2 programms so the epg is useless? i currently use the pli jade 3 image but have tried a few others and they all are the same is it my settings?

Its not your settings mate. You need a plugin to generate the EPG information. have a look at WeekEPG or similar.
