I use DVBDream.I get problems too.It is a bit like my Alien2 reciever.I sometimes gets problems when on a transponder with no signal. The alien just cycles and gets nowhere.DVBDream shows Not Responding.if you wait a bit it normally recovers.Sometimes it will white out.The TBS card driver goes missing and a reboot is the only way to get it back.Re the positioner. If you have a signal on a transponder when using it it works fine.If no signal it will white out.Or crash. If you want to change the longtitude on the postitioner there must be a signal on the transponder.Sorry about going on a bit this is just my experience.I have tried Prog DVD no good to me. It looks ok if you want to watch tv.I need another can after all that.:)

Satellite receiver constructors & their admin are a bunch of cowboys ripping off their customers for maximum profit $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Let's hope that a UK company takes on the Far East Cowboys.

You must be doing something wrong, 1 dodgy box is a possibility, but not the amout you have gone through.

You must be missing a button push. Both my 5302's are flawless. (Apart from the 45000 symbol rate issue)

typo 10700 to 1099.
tried it from various ranges.. doesn't work
10700 to 1099 won't work either. Try 10950 to 11200 which is a valid range

Both ranges you type must be 5 numbers as Andy says else it won't work
eg 10750-11750 0r 11750-12500 and so on, infact any range between 10700-12750 for a universal LNB.
