Freaking windy here. Grabbed a ladder from my parents today...unloading it from the roof rack was a challenge!

Its bad here, daughter hubby and little grandchild got stuck and had to abandon the car, they was heading to our house carrying little baby, I went out to try and rescue them and got stuck and had to turn back,
Anyhow they have arrived all safe and well
and now having a beer and stopping the night ,

My wife has just telephoned me from Blackburn, it seems it snowed and then froze overnight and it has taken her 45minutes to thaw out the car to go shopping....the moral of the story is do not go shopping and spending money especially in inclement weather.
