Dashed breezy here: Went out in the car earlier and the autumn leaves were falling like rain.

Promised SWMBO we'd do our customary Autumn Walk through a rather splendid local Woods today.

Not looking forward to it :unsure

Not much leaf fall here yet. The cherry tree outside the kitchen still has most of it's leaves as do the pear, apple and walnut trees in the meadow. Though I do have one plant next to the lawn which produces spectacular autumn colour but I haven't the foggiest what it is. Any ideas?

Where's your dish pointing, Martin?

Nice and warm here here. Had a lovely pub lunch with a couple of pints of Somerset's finest - now dozing with the cat...

So whose hatches are battened down this morning? It's actually sunny here - not a cloud in the sky. Somewhat breezy, by not too bad.

Benign here right now - no rain, light breeze and occasional sun.

It won't last.

A bit breezy here, though mild with some breaks in the cloud....seems like most of the leftover Gonzalo is passing North of me....(leftover Gonzalo?.....now where did I put that pasta?)

Strong winds and heavy showers today here in South Bucks. I've been out watching the 1.2m Channel Master I installed on a pole in the ground this summer and it's not moving at all. It's the first chance I've had to check it in bad weather and so far so good. Nice strong signals from 1W too even in the rain.

Clear blue sky here now, but the wind is pretty strong. Time for a second T-shirt.

Pretty strong gusts down here, had to give up on a tall ladder job, just didn't feel safe whilst trying to extend the ladder, the wind kept taking it.
