Feed is up around 11595H but too weak to lock. Anyone with a dustbin lid the size of a caravan (@Jamie A)... Can you go have a looky? Suspect it's the BBC SPOFTY Awards... But might be wrong.

My guess is a concert to celebrate the new year, they set the camera´s up this morning, picked it up about 11:00 cet.
I wonder if the red car is the raffle prize?
Would love to find a feed from Barcelona as an alternative to the Madrid celebrations on LA 1 later
