Lol. You' re right, but in this casé No, dirty feed is a profesional technichal parameter for feeds with logos, on screen informations, audio comments, etc.

Clean feed is usually the feed to be rebroadcast somewhere else by other TVs without any logo and no audio except the international sound track (et le son d'ambiance ).
