@dreamsat ,
Please check if the transponders on the spectrum are from this 1. position and 2. are active.
With my antenna, I am not sure because the signal is weak and fluctuates from Eutelsat Quantum. Thanks :)

11891 V,1041,1/4, S2-GS

Unfortunately, I cannot confirm this transponder. I can't receive that.

Thank you. @dreamsat, for trying :Y
The next day, I found only two carriers(11840 V & 12239 V) but no useful information on this position.

Thanks for the info, @adonis1, but are you sure 11003 V,4828 is on 47.7E, not 46.0E? :)
(There's a mux there with the same parameters).

I'm still receving 11003 V, 4828 on 46.0 but not on 47.7E
Some times I' m getting 12659V 11999, with quite strong signal (47.7E)

Yes,@dreamsat has confirmed that he can't find 11003 V on 47.7E. Everything you get at this position at the bottom of the band comes from 46.0E. This is helped because the signal on the Azerspace 1 beam is strong in our area, the Balkans, and using small (and offset) antennas increases the chances of getting it wrong.
By the way,12659 V,12000, which you see at position 47.7E, mux which is at 45.1E. The same thing happens here, as 11003 V at 46.0E; a strong beam in our area from Azerspace 2 reaches other positions when we use small antennas, especially offset ones.
Here's the signal on 12560 V in my area at 45.1E with a 1.50m antenna in the upper band:

In their brochure, Eutelsat showed both up- and downlink bands, but the downlink was full 10.7...12.75 GHz band which doesn't match.
In the other Quantum topic (under satellite launches), the test signals reported led me to believe this is the frequency plan:
13.0...13.25 to 11.2...11.45 GHz
13.75...14.0 to 11.45...11.7 GHz
14.0...14.8 to 11.7...12.5 GHz
Then everything below 11.2 GHz or above 12.5 GHz must be from other satellites.

There is a freq. below 11.20 Ghz on flysat chart

I would like to know if the two signals in the upper band, which look like test carriers, are from this satellite or another.
The signal at 45.1E differs and does not match the one at 47.7E.
Here's what the spectrum looks like at 47.7E and 45.1E. What do you think? Where is it coming from if not from this position?
The closest satellite is G Sat 19; so far, empty.
Thanks

I checked it with the big antenna. The 12523 H and 12702 H clearly come from this position. The 12702 H could be telemetry or the beacon. I don't know what the other signal is. Interestingly, I discovered two new signals on 12215 and 12226 H. But I can't unlock it at the moment.

Thanks satesco and dreamsat.
I also see the "X" on 12523H coming from 47.7°E direction.
Little chance it's from any of the two nearby GSats, was there ever a sign of life at all from these?
So I stand corrected, there must also be 12.5...12.75 GHz on Quantum.
