From memory if you put something on a credit card citing more than £100

I think there is something that allows you to expect the product to last a curtain amount of time.

If not I think you can make a claim against the credit provider.

If the informations on this site are accurate, LG uh650v and uh668v are not really 4k tv's because they have RGBW panel structure with resolution 2880x2160, instead of 3840x2160. Also from the comparison uh 650v dosen't have the smart remote control. UH 770v or 850v have 120Hz panel, Quantum display tehnology, better sound, USB 3.0, 5GHz Wi-Fi, etc.

The 43 650V doesnt have a smart remote thats correct. Fine by me - whats the point of a smart remote anyway?.

I ignored the rather stoopid transition to 3D ..

3D is dead.
3D TV is officially dead - Sony and LG just put the final nail in the coffin
I haven't seen anything in 3D yet. Can't understand the fuss over it over the past several years.
As for the 4K TV, several neighbors have bought Hisense 4K. It is relatively a cheaper TV than LG or Samsung.
55" has become the most popular choice here.
Good luck with ordering the new TV.

you could always install it at a slight angle, around 10 degrees off centre.

No point. The existing one does the basic functions just fine - we wont be using any of the online services anytime soon - our bb is too slow
