Surely a few years left if they have signed a new lease anyway! The data feed at 11128 would be right at the start of B5, so I think they may have rented an entire transponder, just waiting to see how far on the right they go.

yes it is,
The 83rd Venice International Film Festival is organised by La Biennale di Venezia and is to be held on the Lido di Venezia from 2 to 12 September 2026. The Festival is officially recognised by the FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Association).
The feed basically broadcasts the 'Red Carpet' and press conferences during the day. There was a great audience on Saturday night for the Oasis documentary Don't Look Back in Anger (out of competition).
