I have concluded that the all the receivers in the list above will get these signals via the 88cm mesh dish due to todays weather conditions
(slight cloud & bright sunshine)

Rain fade will make reception impossible with a small dish on this transponder.

The further West & North that you are may make reception impossible with a dish under 100cm.

I finaly got the test card after a lot of fiddling with my longitude settings. My normal long is 1.5W I got this at 1.9W.
3.4 dB 42%.
If it ever stops raining I have some Dish adjustments to do.:)

Only 15% on the ABS Testcard tonight, 1m Gibby - Miraclebox Premium Micro
Can get it up to 22% (3.4dB on this box) with a step to the east.
