Adding More Lnbs To Setup .....

Hey , thanks for the work guys. I did scan everything not just fta as there's always the odd channel with the encryption flag set. Thats alright then.

I've been swapping and changing the lnbs around as i have 3 inverto narrow lnbs available. It seems the single icecrypt is pretty deaf. I'd been using this to search for Thor but couldnt find it. Tryed the Nikkai lnb and that locked straight away, so i was bloody annoyed about that. The twin icecrypts appear to get better reception than the narrow invertos which surprised me but then icecrypt dont do anything narrow. Swings and roundabouts.

Don't forget some Icecrypt LNBs are strangely constructed (Like the Fortec Star FCUKVN is) in that zero skew does not coincide with the LNB connector being at 7 o'clock ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Yes i was told about this some time ago, it does seem to peak out in the same areas as my other lnbs. (providing you dont look for thor!)

You could always build your own based on the designs given.
At that time I just started to go to high school, so can not even remember at all what happened then :-shifty not speaking about toroidal something.... And, as far as I know, between invention and starting of production, sometimes lots of time elapses. First out-of-shelf toroidal antenna (that was T-55) they put to market just 10 years ago, and that is a fact. Not everybody, including me, has enough knowledge, technical facilities, patient, finances, time etc, and lastly -need for doing that.
Just for info _http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Wavefrontier's+New+Multi-Satellite+Antenna+Outperforms+Competition...-a072347690
"Wavefrontier developed the Toroidal series of innovative dual reflector, multi-satellite antennas in conjunction with the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Science. Patents have been filed in both Korea and Russia."
I am not insisting on who was patent's owner and what kind of patent, I do not care. I have this product (T-90) and happy with that.

Would the lnbs on ends of the mounting arms be level all the way across the dish or would the arms expect to curve up slightly? It seems my turksat 42 lnb gets a better signal when the arm is curved up gently from astra 2 28E. The same the other way thor 1W curves upwards from 13E and 9E.
