Are you able to get Astra 1D?

The sidelobes are bound to be different on Astra 1N.

I am getting 2D V polarization 24/7. Let me try other box, somehow Bush HD won't pick a thing....

I have to correct myself, it is one of the best BERs, the signal level is slightly weaker than Eurobird, but stronger than 2D.

When are the easter eggs due?:D

Immediately after Christmas - they fit in the space left by the departing mince pies.

Sorry, sometimes one just overlooks one small thing ... some boxes do need auto instead of 2/3 but I assume you tried that as well ...

here the content of the new transponder:

I see they use the 19.2 East DVB-S2 standard now, probably due to the strong signal in the UK, they can now use the more efficient 8PSK.

the freesat box have a option to manual tuning liek the sky box, i aint sure where the option is but if you find it then put in the above information, which is 11127v 22000 2/3

Sadly it doesn't seem to have that option. You can only scan a list of fixed transponders - presumably Freesat will update that list in due course with the 1N TPs.

It won't be too much of a shock to tell you all I can't get the new C4HD tests on an 80cm dish in Helsinki. Not a peep. Will try the 1.8m tomorrow but not too hopeful.

A boring report from me. 98% SNR from Zone 1 mini-dish on this TP.

Great minds, and all that.

BTW - anyone with a Sky HD box cant tune the C4 HD signal in as the boxes cant manual tune DVB-S2 atm.

Hi,

I have a Technisat Multytenne (45cm dish with 4 orbital Positions 13 19,2 23,5 and 28,2) on my balcony. I was not able to receive Astra 2d here in Munich - but the ch4hd test is coming in pretty good. In Munich/Germany you normally need 80cm and up for Astra 2d reception. I'm using a dream800se
