Only if the buyer had some distance to travel and was not in posession of a vehicle to transport it.

Any relatively local buyer with a roof rack on vehicle or a van would not have that expense.

Don't think so. Their 2,4 (anyting >1.8) tend to be in multiple pieces (2, 4, or 6).
Although the mount looks Prodelin'ish...

Never seen anything like that, except for some PF stuff (looks very cross-over from the period when offsets came into popularity).
I would guess either a local job, or one of the late-80's swedish models??
