Well apart from the downside of the floods further South etc i am enjoying the fact that we havent had any snow down here yet this Autumn and Winter. I hate working in it so every day nearer to Spring with mild weather gets a thumbs up from me.

I've a relation in London whose basement has been suffering water ingress because the water table in the area is very high at present.

Rain nearly all day, following two quite nice days, a bit breezy, but at least they were dry.
This seems more like an extended Autumn, rather than Winter, not too cold but very wet, I only remember having to use the ice scraper, on the car, once so far this winter.
