ok so bigbrother is transmitting on eutelsat w2 @11304 v, well i can get it for about 5 seconds ...it then freezes and then comes up with scrambled signal, i have an aston seca cam v1.03 with card.

when i first set up a week ago it worked fine but now i cant get it...im using an echostar 3000ip...can anyone help?

Nope, picture works fine on my ad3000ip...
Now if only I knew the correct audio PID...

I also have an Aston CAM (v1.03) but that's irrelevant since this signal is not encrypted.

Check your dish alignment and LNB/polarisor skew.
Which version of receiver firmware are you using (mine's v300).
Which symbol rate? (should be 30000)

im using v200 ive checked the dish alignment (well im getting the other channels on that sat) i have no skew as im using a universal LNB ....this is so strange as i could get it a few days ago when i first set up the receiver, but now it just says scrambled?

you should in any case upgrade to v300...
try removing the CAM altogether...

i came across the german big brother on hotbird. not a feed just a german channel in the clear and i thought it was much better than the uk version :-)

Whats the channel details ie frequency etc...

I think its transponder 89 on astra 19.2 EAST
but cant be one hundred percent certain. Its a german channel which shows the german version about 10 or 11pm uk time, atleast thats what i believe. If i come across it again and this information is wrong then i will post it here. Again this is not a feed but an actual tv channel showing the german big brother highlights etc. hope this helps.
