I did too, but I think that's what they do during the ads. I just retuned to the channel and it's fine now

Right. I have woken up and checked the recordings and I caught Brazil, New York and Memphis/New Orleans. Memphis' guitar drop actually went avry as the guitar got stuck. Will probably watch what I caught from Anderson and Kathy tomorrow, as today's local TV schedule is also quite filled

Note about Silvesterstadl - this year it was called slightly different since the old guy of *stadl shows Andy Borg left in 2015. Now the branding is Stadlshow. It is however unclear if the new guard continues depending on the ratings. I missed out on it anyways as I was listening to the final moments of German medium wave radio after reviewing what Egyptians had had in store for my midnight.

I recorded the feed I was watching, so saw New Year in Times Square this morning. They must have switched to a different feed because I never got to see the Taylor Swift bit, although I was flashing through at high speed.

Well that was short and sweet, I thought they were going to show the whole parade.
They are going to show the North Korea fireworks at 12:30 UK time, if your not fireworked out!

I didn´t do an exact timing but I think it pipped Sydney by about a minute in duration, although not quite as spectacular.
