As a new member I'm not clear on whether the problem with these 3 HD channels is or is not being addressed by Fortec
As you'll have guessed I have the same problem namely audio but no video
Are we now waiting for Fortec?
You blokes seem to have done all the hard work. Wish I'd joined earlier - could have saved myself a lot of aggravation!!

I received an email today from FortecStar that there is supposed to be a new software at the beginning of the week.

Just a little update:

After receiving the email on Friday last week saying "... and will have a software by the
beginning of the week." (not might have, will have!) there is sadely still nothing.

I received an email today with a Passion+ software update and I can confirm that I can get all four channels again
It's not a public release yet, but hopefully this won't take too long.

Just beta ATM, but relevant firmware also working OK on the basic Passion.

Will no doubt be official soon.

If you go to _http://www.laurals.net/index1.htm and click on Passion Software it will take you to the site with the beta firmware.

You will most probably need to register at the site if you aren't already a member.

Yes, I did and those HD channels now have no picture.

Prior to this, with the December update, on BBC HD the box would restart every few minutes.

Now with the June update, no HD picture on those German channels.

So what's the solution... anyone?
