My Satellite Setup
Dish setup: 80cm Motorized Dish, TM-5402 HD M3. This setup goes from 1w to 28.2e

My computer setup: AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.10 GHz processor and 8GB of ram. Graphics Card is NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti. OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

hey, im wondering if it is possible to get the epg audio channel on freesat boxes instead of sky boxes

IIRC its flagged as a data stream rather than a radio stream & many receivers ignore data streams.

Yeah - and if your receiver ignores data streams you aint going to find it! It doesnt show up on my Technomate.

Just as a matte rof interest WHY do you want the Sky epg audio on a Freesat box??

They're just editable labels ... only of real meaning if properly correlated with where the dish is pointing.

We often use previously redundant or unused "Satellites" for messing about. Means you can check out transient points of interest without laboriously going the whole hog and giving everything its right name.

Oops ... ignore the satellite position listing i "was" pointing at 28 east on both tests

It seems you are unlucky with your receiver ... i,v just tried also with the Cheap and cheerfull
Openbox/ M3 Skybox and the epg audio music is working fine on that one too ....

The proprietary Freesat boxes, which I believe OP has, don't recognise Data flags - apart from the Freesat Default TP, obvs.!

Welcome to the club!

I suspect most of us have got old Sky boxes and several proper Satellite receivers stashed away in our man caves, as well as old dishes, brackets, motors, LNBs, bits of electric string and heaven knows what else :D
