Thanks to all for checking the testing!
I think there are 16 * 54 MHz transponders arranged both H/V like the previous Express-AM22:
10981 - 11044 - 11106 - 11169 - 11481 - 11544 - 11606 - 11669
Then with a total of 20 Ku transponders and just one fixed Ku footprint, there will probably be 4 somewhere in the range 12.5...12.75 GHz.

P.S. Please don't pay attention on the peak 10750 V, it is an interference from the local oscillator (LO=10750 MHz) of the neighbor circular LNB.
