Right people, this is not bullshit. I went on holiday to Kos last summer and watched the Newcastle matches while i was there, the Chelsea v Newcastle match was ppv (on premiership+), and we asked the guy in one of the bars if he was getting the match, with it being ppv and him mentioning that the sky digital system over there is slightly different, and he said yes. When we turn up to watch the match the picture kept blanking out and was getting loads of interference, we told him that it was working fine up the road, so he sent someone up the road to the pub we mentioned with a card (not a gold card) to get it programmed, 5 minutes later he was back with the card and the picture was fine after that. The Sky digibox was the same as they use over here, but i did notice that they all had 2 or 3 big analogue looking dishes on there roofs. And before you ask why i didn't ask him about the card and the system, it was because of him saying that it was different sky digital system so i thought nothing of it.
Can anyone shed a light on this?
