Jemey123 it is obvious to me that you are lacking in patience, that is probably the reason you are not receiving the channels that you want. Please understand you are a new member so of all your posts go into a moderation queue until vetted by a moderator or admin. It would be advisable to pick this up again tomorrow morning when most people are not in bed. It may be a small tweek required as there have been very strong winds the last few days. Who installed your dish an installer or you?

You need to change the transponder you are searching for try scanning in 11958 V 27500, this is on the West beam and should produce a good signal, providing your dish hasn't been knocked out of alignment by the weather.

I am not an installer, but it could be lots of different things, a motorised install requires specialist equipment to tune up and improve signal. Is the dish accessible from where you are, do you need to use ladders to get to it? If you keep posting again before people have a chance to respond they will simply do what I am doing and go to bed, this is not an IM service

highlight the transponder 11962/V/3333/3/4 with the remote and press ok and it should give you a list of transponders. find 11.919.v.24444. 3/4 when you have selected it you need to move the dish with the remote using the left and right buttons on the remote using the motor movement until the signal quality bar lights blue and yellow. when you have found it use the fine movement to peak the signal quality to above 75% until its at its maximum. now store the position by saving it. you could try reading the manual as this should tell you how to do this with pictures . you need plenty of patience but when you have found 1 sat you can then store the others around the arc to 20 or so giving you thousands of free channels. all this is dependant on your system is working correctly and has,nt been moved by the heavy winds ect

The transponder you have listed, 11962 V 3333, doesn't seem to exist, on 42E, so you're receiver is always goinfg to show 5%, which isn't a signal.
Try selecting a different frequency, as mentioned.

Please list the channels you can view, check the onscreen logos, list the frequency, polarity and S/R, e.g. 12130 V 27500

Have you ever received channels off this satellite in the past ?

If so, which ones ?

Can you take a good couple of images of the outdoor equipment and post them here ?
