How to Calculate the offset value of your dongle

unzip, rename to: kalibrate, and move the folder to your c drive.

enter the kalibrate folder. and copy the files from the sub directory,to the parent directory.

run cmd from the start bar.

paste this line in to cmd, C:\Kalibrate\kal.exe -g 42 -e 22 -s 900 this makes it scan the gsm signal in your area.

once it has finished scanning, look for the channel number, that is the strongest for your area, in my case it was channel 115.

paste this line C:\Kalibrate\kal.exe -e 41 -c 115 -v in to cmd screen, changing the channel number to match the strongest in your area.

once it has run, it will show at the bottom of the page, average absolute error: 61.802PPM for my cheap dongle

My noo elec txco dongles both have similar offset values.

My 1090 dongle: 1.395 ppm
My acars dongle: 1.457 ppm
