Is ARTE UHD 4K available locally in France?

Hi, I am looking for info is ARTE available in 4K UHD via Hbb or DTT in France?

I was searching about this topic on the internet and there is some kind of confusing info that it might be the case in some limited availability, regions and similar.

For example this post claims the mentioned fact:

I would really appreciate if somebody who lives in France could clarify this and is Arte broadcasting an upscaled version in 4K there all the time as a regular channel, for example like this is the case with France 2 UHD.

Dear @Channel Hopper well it doesn't really matter, it's not possible to find exact info on the internet, because there is info that it really exists, but then when you try to "dig further", it seems that it doesn't exist in UHD 4K.

Dear @rodscha, you have mentioned that you have ARTE via Hbb and you are in France too.
Would you please be kind to clarify is ARTE Broadcasted really in 4K UHD regularly all the time in the same manner as France 2 UHD for example (which is upscaled). I think you are the only person who can really clarify this, since the info on the internet is extremely confusing.
