Did you mean you have used normal LNBFs (not LNBs) on your installations?
Feedhorns could be different, but I thin, here you wish to exclusively speak about Fibo feedhorn.
In that case, your question makes sense. Yes, it is possible to adopt universal LNBF to the Fibo feedhorn. Are you lookinf for single/twin/quad/octo option?

INVERTO BLACK ULTRA HIGH GAIN TWIN LNB 0.2DB BUYME | eBay

ive already got a single, twin and quad inverto ultra black LNBs, so can i adapt them?

Yes, you can if you have lathe available. If not, ask somebody to help you. You can ask @Trust1 to do that, he has done that many times

can you buy them ready made?

can you buy them ready made?
Yes, you can. But they should be made by somebody :D
Of course, it is possible to use original Fibo adapter, but then you should use flange LNB.

@mikeisyou In your link there is conical feedhorn for C-band, so, it is totally another story than this topic is about.

alright thats good to know,
how much do they cost compared to normal LNBs?

Here's some interesting DIY homemade foil feedhorns

Have found the picture of some of my Gregorians IMG_20180205_132133.webp
Of course, usual universal LNBF cost less than flange LNB. So, it makes sense to use them.

how many fibo gregorians you got mate?

im glad at only getting the one lol

Not all Gregorians are Fibos! :D But, speaking about double-reflector dishes (not necessary Gregorian), I"ve got ~10 +/- 2 ..... not all installed.

I am from one of the countries where we drive right side of the road, to be more precise - Latvia.
I am not so much interested in feedhunt. SAT-hardware is my deviation.

You don't need a feed horn for Ku band LNB's they have one built into the LNB it's self, adding something like the one in the photo above will do nothing to improve the signal to the LNB, it will however help a bit with signal rejection from another dish (or other high frequency signal source) that may be very close by to your dish.
