Rather than you getting annoyed at people not replying because they have never heard of your obscure stb why not try to help yourself a bit and have a look on this site and see if your picture matches something, but be warned there are thousands of boxes there it could take a while. Alternatively why not take the lid off and see what is identifiable inside perhaps a made in malaysia sticker or a motherboard reference/ chipset reference. Post details of the information from the system menu system, someone may recognise it. People are always willing to help but sometimes you have to give more information. Also most people only drop in once a week so have a little patience.

Topper? i think i found the manufacturer of my receiver on the link u gave me here http://www.satellite-heaven.de/Receiver/stb_ua-ru.htm my Micro Box 1600 is similar to Lumax DV-638s but the problem is the website is in russian language. Anyone can help me find the master key for this receiver? So that i can reset it.

Well at least it is a step in the right direction. Russian is not by bag either but perhaps clicking here will assist you if you copy and pasting any text into the section and selecting russian beta it will be translated alternatively if it is a full web page paste the URL into the bar below the box

The links are just to the Google Russian beta translator, so either the government in your country are indeed censoring the use of google (in which case it is time you left) or your cache and browser history need clearing.
