My shack is in the corner of the living room - swmbo doesnt care in the slightest

A little messy, but does the job.

Has changed a little since this was taken, have changed the second PC for an up to date model and swapped out the Dreambox 7000s for a Cuberevo 3000HD. Going to re-vamp it next week and put in some cable management, so will take a new photo then.

14" portable (used for testing and aligning dishes in the garden)

In various cupboards theres all sorts of useful stuff stashed away :toke:

My other half doesnt care in the slightest about all this electronic junk cluttering up a corner of the living room - in fact during the televised rocket launches I stick it on the small portable so she can keep an eye on whats happening!

Currently in the middle of upgrading everything to HD thats why all the TM1500's are gone.

Un decided on new recievers yet but looking at 6 x 6800HD Super. More pics once setup is completed upgrade

Thanks to an unexpected tax refund I recently treat myself to a large screen tv. A 46" Sony Bravia! I am blown away by it's quality, especially when hooked up to my Sony BluRay player at 1080p. (as shown in the second photo)

From left to right on the middle shelf we have, Sony BluRay, Humax HD Freesat STB, Vantage HD STB.

Bottom shelf: Orange Crush battery guitar amp, Manhattan Plaza STB, Porty 2 STB (both retired)

On the left is my Ovation Applause guitar (Jap copy) and on the right the Sony Home Theatre Sytem. Perched on top of that is a Peekbox 40, a 1TB multimedia player. It's very good but has the crappiest remote in the world and despite scouring through it's manual I can't find a way of getting it to show subtitles from DVD rips.

So, there we have it. All set up for Xmas!!.....oh, excuse the state of decoration behind, it's due for a revamp next Spring but living here on my own allows me to get my priorities right!!
