I'm not 100% sure but these are the settings I can find that looks similar.

Can you please explain your satellite dish setup?
Do you just have one dish, pointing at Astra 2, 28.2E, with a separate cable going from the LNB to each of your receivers?

Yes that's how it's set up. 2 cables for 2 receiver's. It's a new universal quad LNB on an older sky dish that was up when we moved here - there's never been an issue with reception until this week.

Can you try disabling Diseqc 1.0, or is that on by default?
I'm beginning to think that either your dish has moved, or your LNB isn't correct.
Who replaced the LNB, and when?
Do you know the make/model?

Disabled the Diseqc 1.0 then rescanned - no change.
We replaced the LNB ourselves 2 days ago I think now and I've included a photo of the make and spec.

What channels did it find?

Strange thing we just noticed. Every time we exit the satellite installation menu after inputting the changes you've said, it changes back to the settings it was on originally? So goes back to Astra 31.5e.

When you changed the LNB did you then get a picture?

Did you ensure that the LNB connections were covered by a protective rubber boot, or self amalgamating tape?

We had a lot of heavy rain, last night, where I live, and if water gets into the cable you can lose signal.

90% is a lot of signal quality for a basic sky dish, but different models of receivers, can provide wide variations, in the signal quality display.

I wonder if thee's a factory reset option, so that you can set it up again.

It's finding a lot of channels on the upstairs - it'd be easier to say which ones don't have a signal. But none have pictures only sound.
The downstairs TV gets no signal for any channel.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in or factory resetting it? The screwed up video and it happening to two receivers may suggest a power surge, do they have internal power supplies or separate 12v adapter? If the latter you could try a different one.

You can try a factory reset, which will take you back to when you first set it up, but this might not solve the problem:

Just tried to factory reset however there is a pin on the setting and I believe this may be because the receiver was designed for the German market as far as I know and the settings have been adapted for the UK - thinking the pin code may be to protect those settings. We imported both receivers from a small retailer in Ireland. I did reach out to them but they are out of the 12 month warranty so they didn't want to help.

The TV and receiver were turned off at the socket switch the night it went wrong and also on a surge protect extension. Internal power supplies as far as I know as there's no separate box on the wire.

The default pin, in the video, is 0 0 0 0, unless you set a new pin it should be that.

The new LNB didn't work from the get go..no rain when it was connected..so not sure really.
