I'm not 100% sure but these are the settings I can find that looks similar. Is your satellite menu similar to this?
What channels does it find?Done that and rescanned. It seemed to find channels but after it saved at the end still sound but no picture. Photo below from end of scan. View attachment 154577
What channels did it find?Disabled the Diseqc 1.0 then rescanned - no change.
We replaced the LNB ourselves 2 days ago I think now and I've included a photo of the make and spec.
It's finding a lot of channels on the upstairs - it'd be easier to say which ones don't have a signal. But none have pictures only sound. What channels did it find?
When you changed the LNB did you then get a picture?
Did you ensure that the LNB connections were covered by a protective rubber boot, or self amalgamating tape?
We had a lot of heavy rain, last night, where I live, and if water gets into the cable you can lose signal.
90% is a lot of signal quality for a basic sky dish, but different models of receivers, can provide wide variations, in the signal quality display.
I wonder if thee's a factory reset option, so that you can set it up again.
Just tried to factory reset however there is a pin on the setting and I believe this may be because the receiver was designed for the German market as far as I know and the settings have been adapted for the UK - thinking the pin code may be to protect those settings. We imported both receivers from a small retailer in Ireland. I did reach out to them but they are out of the 12 month warranty so they didn't want to help.Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in or factory resetting it? The screwed up video and it happening to two receivers may suggest a power surge, do they have internal power supplies or separate 12v adapter? If the latter you could try a different one.

The TV and receiver were turned off at the socket switch the night it went wrong and also on a surge protect extension. Internal power supplies as far as I know as there's no separate box on the wire.Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in or factory resetting it? The new LNB didn't work from the get go..no rain when it was connected..so not sure really.Did you ensure that the LNB connections were covered by a protective rubber boot, or self amalgamating tape?
