Yes both freqs are still active although 10966H isnt very strong here on a 60cm dish

Try also 11996 Vertical 27500.
Fils TV often has English films on there.
Need to select English soundtrack

Nice that this transponder is now changed to a west beam -- apart from the t.v channels that you mentioned -- 11054H 30000 also carries Radyo Eksen -- which in my view is one of the best rock radio stations available

-- content is similar to bbc 6 music but without all the chat --- now that this t.p has switched from east beam to west beam it makes my 1.8 Alcoa prime focus dish somewhat redundant - as this has been its sole use for the past 3 years -- l.o.l.

12446 H 2400 3/4 dvbs-Farda TV.

Good lock with 6 to 7 dB on 12446 H 2400.
It's at the expense of the strength of 12422 H, because normally that starts to lock by this time of the day. It's the same physical 72 MHz transponder.

But very strange, my F16 refuses to give a picture on Farda TV, while the TBS with VLC does?

Same here my F15 says no 'Audio or Video' with a 8.5 db signal on a 1.2Dish, whilst both my Dreamboxes...one with a 1.2 Dish and the other with a 1.5 Dish give a picture.

If you have curiosity to get 5 radios from three transponders,you can check with any TBS dvb-s2 card on Turksat at 42.0E.Of course that Blindscan does not find all these transponders,only two or three in the best case.If the signal is strong it is no problem to find all these freqs.You must manually scan,like I did on Hispasat.You have found the end of the wire from the spool

The rest comes by itself.
My test is with TBS6925 card:

11556.784 KHz,405,5/6-TRT Anatalya,
11557.436 KHz,395,5/6-TRT Cukurova,
11558.033 KHz,410,5/6-TRT Erzerum,
11558.542 KHz,390,3/4-TRT Trabzon,
11559.145 KHz,400,5/6-TRT Gap
