Great stuff William.
How about Yamel 402 @ 54.9' East.

About 80-90cm for the European beam. Ive had a couple of tp on the Northern beam on my 1.1m - one is normally available all the time the rest disappear at the merest hint of cloud

Thanks for the feedback I can only receive satellites from 53 east to 55 west,

Satellites outside these parameters are based on maps & feedback from other satellite enthusiasts with larger dishes than me,

Such as Badr 5 & 6 with a 180cm dish on the Isle of Wight,

Please share your knowledge as Analoguesat has done in the post above all contributions will help others :)

I ran out of edit time Analoguesat so please change thanks.

FWIW Im getting Yamal 55E European beam plus one Northern beam frequency (12604) on an offset lnb on my 1.1m which is aimed at 46E

I will have to try & move the 90cm dish up a couple of cm or add an extension to the current pole :D

I think you have to add also "Yahsat-1A @ 52.5° East"

80cm here when the European beam was active a couple of years ago. Nothing on the other beams here.

The DVB-S2 Saudi Sports channels were an exceptionally easy catch here :)

Yes I remember the European beam on Yahsat 1A we had National Geographic in Farsi/Persian & English came in @ 85% signal quality from 52.5 east now nothing,

Other disappointing satellites are Telstar 11N @ 37.5 west massive capacity but only occasional feeds from the USA,

SES-6 @ 40.5 west got some 90% signal quality when it was testing on the Atlantic & European beam now only data in DVB-S2 ACM & DVB-S2/32APSK ACM/VCM in the Ku band

The outer satellites get much less traffic these days since the increase use of the inner satellites 16E,10E,7E,5E,3E,1W,5W,8W,12.5W,15W,24.5 W & 30W,

18W,20W,27.5W,34.5W are almost dormant now:(

Even SES-4 has less activity than NSS-7 had when it was at 22 west ?
