Hey, nice one m8.

Sometimes you just need a break. :)

Are you going to have both the SS2 and the DB connected (say, using a twin LN:cool:, or are you just going to switch to the DB on a semi-permanent basis?

If the latter, then just park it at wherever you have 1W stored, and then power down and switch the coax. Don't plug/unplug with any voltage applied, and that means potentially UNPLUGING from the mains both your PC and the DB when you do it.

Do your DB scans and repositions etc, and just remember to park it back at 1W when you switch back to the SS2.

Doesn't really matter if you're using the GOTO x.x commands (as they are absolute), but helps you get your head round it!

Well done, and as I said - be prepared for some agro with the DB and diseqc, although you may not have any problem at all.

Well I have one of those A/B Switch devices, so that I could always revert back to the SS2, without disconnecting from one to the other all the time.
