which program can lock Kaband Freq and play encoded channels ?

1) Do you have a suitable Ka band lnb? (4 different bands are available in Ka band)
2) are you within the coverage are of the Ka band channels you wish to receive - many are transmitted on spot beams
3) cant help you with keys on this forum but various sites carry biss keys

Just set the appropriate local oscillator frequency on the receiver & tune the channels in as normal.

You still need to set the appropriate local oscillator frequency - presumably there is a 2 way disecq switch inside the lnb as its twin band?
If so Ku will be on one port & the Ka on the other.

Interesting ...... i'll have a look to see if there is any signal coming our way to the UK but think i will struggle with not having circular capability.... yet, but looking at the Ka footprint it seems to come nowhere near us in the UK.

John I don't have circular capability...it's just the power is quite strong. Even the footprint
according to fl*sat doesn't cover this part (Malta)

I'd check this frequency myself ...but cant atm ...
on account all expensive LNBs have been removed from my dish until the lightning threat for this afternoon has passed ..
The last session of Donner und Blitzen was too close for comfort.
Tomorrow maybe ?...but doubt if there was even a disturbance in the trace as it were..
